The Bootham boarding community's annual visit to Scarborough took place last weekend. We started with a walk up to the impressive remains of Scarborough Castle, before having a splendid fish 'n' chip lunch by the sea. By 1.30pm the weather had cleared - just in time for some beach cricket, frisbee, and ice cream to finish off!

Mountain Biking Madness
Summer term brings opportunities for our boarding students to experience some more outdoor pursuits, and first on the agenda was a dose of high-octane mountain biking with Res Grads Guy and Jess. The drive out to Dalby Forest was well worth the trip, and no broken limbs is always a bonus!

College Paintballing Trip
Towards the end of last term we took a large contingent of brave College boarders for some adrenaline-filled paintball action. For many it was their first experience of a 'combat' situation, but all lived to tell the tale...
